Responsibility
We kindly ask you to respect the house and the garden.The tenant is responsible for the damage that he/she, the co-occupants or visitors, caused, even if the damage is established after his/her departure.
Het gehuurde ges are detected after the tenant has left, he will have to reconcile himself to the facts as stated by the owner.
The tenant, the co-occupants and their visitors will treat the rented holiday cottage with the utmost care and keep in mind the quiet and stillness of the domain.
f the tenant, the co-occupants or their visitors should damage the rented studio or an article of the inventory, he will immediately report this to the manager/owner. The costs for repair and/or substitution will have to be settled on the spot. Afterwards, the tenant, if insured, can appeal to his Insurance Company.
The tenant is requested to be insured for third-party risk by means of a liability Insurance.
It is for the best as well that the tenant is insured for his legal liability, in case he should cause a fire in the cottage or studio. This liability is covered by almost all of the liability insurances or by his own fire insurance.
Maximum number of persons
The description of each holiday cottage mentions the maximum number of persons that are allowed to stay overnight. This number of persons (including guests) can not be exceeded without consent of the owner. When exceeded after all, the rental agreement will be annulled by right and the entrance of the cottage will be denied, without any possibility that the tenant can claim any form or part of redemption of the rent.If at any time, without the owner.s knowledge, extra persons come to stay in the house, there will be an immediate demand of 25% of the rent per extra person.
Cleaning and garbage.
Even if the cleaning after departure is included in the rent, the tenants are requested to keep the studios clean at all times.The use of linen is included in the rent.
